Some users have apostrophe ' on password when upload password use apostrophe so that give error search users with apostrophe and change password and then upload
Run Query on HQ password not encrypted. and then see what users have that char and update on store.
SELECT * FROM Cashier AS c
WHERE c.[Password] LIKE N'%''%'
Not solved but i found that its a problem only with the Cashier Table after run the worksheet i insert a new record in the table TimeStampLog and for a few days work until someone change the password of a account and the error come back again.
Curious if you have solved this. I have the exact same problem. I'm on 2.0.0.1005. SQL 2008 R2 Express both store and hq.
Can you update RMS to 2.0.1005 at least and see how it goes?

no hotfix installed after SP1.
What version of SQL Server are you running? We need versions from both the store level and the HQ level. Also if you could include and service packs or hotfixes install on the sql server.
