We are processing almost 800 emails in & 400 emails out from MS CRM using email router per day. We are facing a strange issue that almost every month, about 10-15 emails are getting into 2 delivery attempts before going out of CRM. In these specific incidents, email audit history is showing change of Status as below.
Say:
10:00 AM -- Pending Send to Sending.
10:30 AM - Sending to Sent
and No. Of Delivery Attempts = 2.
Can anyone please help that why it is working in specific way. Is it sending email 2 times to end recipients & if anyone can elaborate how email router is handing it.. My understanding says that Email router service is processing this record in 2 cycles.
