Dynamics 365 Finance Invoice Limit Clarification

Hi all,

Can someone clarify the invoice limits in Dynamics 365 Finance licensing?

The guide mentions:

  • 100 electronic invoice transactions/tenant/month and
  • 100 invoice capture transactions/tenant/month for Finance
    and
  • 200 + 200 for Finance Premium.

    Is this limit combined for both purchase and sales invoices, or are they counted separately?

    The licensing guide is not clearly mentioning the details. I would suggest to ask this question to your licensing partner.

    The license guide specifically uses the word "and" in 2 locations, suggesting you get both 100 electronic invoices "and" 100 invoice capture. Note invoice capture is 100 processed, regardless of success or failure.
     
     
    Check with your license provider anyway for clarity.
