Hi All

I Need to Connect to Another DataSource in Another Server So i Try to Create New Data Source by Using ODBC

This Is my Steps

*Administrative tools

*ODBC Connection

*check that Enable LDBC Connection Pooling Is Checked

*Create User DSN choose Add then SQL Server then Set the Name Of Data-Source and Description

then Set The Server Machine_IP\Instance

Note : I Use Administrator User For That Operation

but It Give me An Error :

Check if the target SQL server is configured to use Named Pipes and TCP/IP.

I think you'll find more suggestions if you put the error message to a search engine. Or you may want to discuss it in a forum about SQL Server.
