Text Message Opt-In corresponding field in contact table

Hi all,

I have a form which accepts email and phone number to create a contact. A real time journey is triggered when a new contact is created and if the phone number exists, I'm looking to send a text message. I got an error when I tried to do it saying Blocked<No consent. How do accept text message opt-in? Which field do I need to update in contact table to let the system know the user has opted in for mobile message?

Or how do I go about solving this issue?

thanks in advance,

Nitish

    Hi NitishK,

When you want to send commercial text message to contact in the Real Time Marketing, the consent is necessary. So, you need add Phone consent at Real-time marketing > Audience > Consent center

    Reference:

Manage consent for email and text messages in real-time marketing (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Learn
