Hi All,

I am in IT and not to familiar with Dynamics GP 2013. I received this request from our AP person where she posted a batch and when she tried to print the report  in "Reports >> Purchasing >> Posting Journal" she enters the batch which is AP 3.7.16MFEB1 and clicks on print to screen the batch that is returned in the print screen is AP 3.2016MFEB. Which is from five days earlier. This is the only batch that this error has occur with. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try including the Batch ID in the restriction - you can enter multiple restrictions btw.

It is possible that the batch AP 3.2.16MFEB has a posting date of Feb. 29, 2016.

If you don't insert the Batch ID in to the restrictions as well you'll get any batch that was posted on 2/29/2016.

    Hi Eleazar,

Is the user clicking on Insert to actual add the restriction to the report?  If they don't then the report will print all batches.  I don't see that happening in the screenshot.
