If we perform and reversal of the inventory closing, related changes might also be be made in general ledger (voucher entries)??

Hi,
When you reverse a completed inventory close, the inventory is reopened to enable postings for the period covered by the inventory close. Related changes can also be made in the general ledger. For more information, please check: About inventory close and the general ledger | Microsoft Learn

Hi,

Yes, system will reverse entire voucher as well.
