View all transfer order lines

Hi all,

I would like to know if there is any form or workspace in Dynamics 365 where we can view all Transfer Order lines, similar to the Open sales Order Lines form.

By standard, I am not aware of any enquiries of form for such. You would need to consider creating a SSRS report for that.

Hello Joe,

There is no form or workspace, but there is a standard report called "Transfer overview"

This report gives you the ability to show the transfer lines

Hi Joe,

In case you need information on an inquiry form, there can be a workaround to open the inventory transactions, then filter on the Reference type and Receipt or Issue status. You can preserve the filtering using a Saved view.

You can also consider developing an own Open transfer order lines form.

If you are using Advanced Warehouse Management, you can view all Transfer Order lines from the Outbound Load Planning Workbench

Hi Joe,

You can Navigate to Inventory Management > Inbound Orders> Arrival Overview

Then if required create a separate overview profile and under Transactions Types Shown only select Transfer orders.

And then Select the same profile, you will be able to see the Transfer Order Headers as well as lines associated to it in the Lines View.

Agree with Andre's approach. You can filter on "Transfer order shipment" in the Reference column then apply whatever other filters you need. For example, in the below, I filtered on Issue status = "On order" to show all open Transfer order lines then Grouped by the Transfer order number column.
