WHS work cant be finished Availabe quantity = 0

Hi,

I have a problem with a preparation work on the Advanced Warehouse Management module. I can't finish the job because the quantity available = 0. What I can't understand is that the order is reserved and I have already picked the quantity and it remains blocked in the user slot.

    Hi Imad,

    Try to run a inventory consistency check for this item with a fix instruction. if it doesn't work check manualy the consistency of the table WHSInventReserve. this table is responsible for the reservation and if the data is corrupted it can lead to strage behaviors.
