Powerapp not visible in Dynamics even with co-owner access

I am the coowner of an app which is embedded in a Dynamics Form, But i still can access the app. The error says- "The user with object id '{userid}' does not have permission to access the path 'POST/PROVIDERS/MICROSOFT.POWERAPPS/APPS/LAUNCHAPP'.
The user does not have access to the app".

I will give some history as to what happened. In Both Dev and QA i could access the app easily, but then we made some changes to app in dev and something seemed off, so we deleted the app in dev and imported the app the app that we had in QA and reconfigured the appname and appid and shared with same set of users. But unfortunately the app is visible for some test users with much less privileges, but i cant see the app even with sys admin role and Cowner access to the app.
Any help is highly appreciated.

I know that a model driven app can get a new app Id (guid) when moving to another environment. Is it possible the same happened when you reused/restored the canvas app?

Maybe check the formXML to be sure.

    Hello @chandansv,

I suppose you can access the app outside of your model-driven app?

Have you tried using another browser and/or clearing the cache?
