Print Management - Single User issue

We have a user which is generating the Sales Confirmations and AX keeps sending (salesconfirm.report.html) as an attachment to the same e-mail address, no matter what the CustAccount is or whether the CustAccount is setup with Print Management for Sales Confirmations or not. WEIRD!!! This is happening whether the Use Print Management is checked or not.

I suspect this is some kind of caching issue, but I'm not sure where to begin troubleshooting it. Please help.

EDIT: The e-mail is being sent through the local Outlook of course.

RE: Print Management - Single User issue

Found the problem. User changed the local settings after swearing up and down he did not. I should have checked, but the 'View Original" form displayed proper settings - doh.
