Somehow all users get this error message while printing posted invoices (possibly this also applies to other document printing as well such as orders).
When I copied production to Sandbox to troubleshoot the issue, I was not able to reproduce it. It just works well on Sandbox.
It looks like that the production instance is not able to generate a temporary file due to some reason; may be this temp. directory is full or file path is not available due to some security issues ...
I appreciate if any one can help in resolving this. This has happened all of a sudden. Things were all good till yesterday. I believe that there was no update installed as well as no configuration change has been applied recently.
