Reminder Terms (Beginning and Ending lines)

I have set up the default reminder terms (INTL) and assigned an ending message for each level. However, when creating a reminder for a customer who already has the INTL reminder code on their card, the ending message does not appear.

Even when I click on "Update Reminder Text" and reassign a level, the issue persists, and the ending message still doesn’t show up.

I have attached screenshots for reference. Any assistance with resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,
     
    You have only setup for ENU language.
     
    Can you check whether the customer's Language Code is set to ENU as well?

    If the customer's language code is blank, then the system will look at the user's My Setting Language to determine which Reminder's Language communication to use.


    FYI: ENU is English (United States), you can search for 'Languages' to find the list.
