I have set up the default reminder terms (INTL) and assigned an ending message for each level. However, when creating a reminder for a customer who already has the INTL reminder code on their card, the ending message does not appear.
Even when I click on "Update Reminder Text" and reassign a level, the issue persists, and the ending message still doesn’t show up.
I have attached screenshots for reference. Any assistance with resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
