Hello Community

I've created a Last Assigned date & time field in Opportunity Entity, and created a workflow to populate this field with the date and time whenever the owner field changes due to record reassignment.

There isn't a process for me to select in the workflow below

however it worked for lead entity:

Please advise.

Thanks,
Rosana

    Hi,
After my testing, process execution time can be selected normally on Opportunity entities.
Before selecting, make sure your cursor is selected for the field you're setting up(Last Assigned) - that's where I've circled it in red.
If other types of fields are selected that don't fit, it will come out ahead of you, for example:

Thanks, Leah.  I tested again and the cursor was in the Last Assigned field and still process was not available for me to select.  However, I tested with a random date field and the process option appeared so that meant something was wrong with the Last Assigned field.  I did update the field's format and IME mode prior to creating the workflow.  Viewing the form again, I had to remove the field from the form and then add it back .  That resolved the issue of not having the process option.  Thank you again for your help which prompted me to take a second look.

    Best,

    HI Leah,

Would you please explain the difference between Modified On and Execution Time?  Modified On seemed to display the date/time much faster than using Execution Process however I don't see Modified On field available to select on the Opportunity.

    Thanks

    Hi,
Modified On seemed to display the date/time much faster than using Execution Process
Are you saying that the 'modified on' time is earlier than the execution time?
Is your modification time due to assignment event or update event?
The 'Modified on' field is under the opportunity.

Thanks, Leah, for your response.  This was resolved when the last assigned field was added back to the form after updating the date format.  Thanks so much for responding.
