The e-mail address on the W-3 is incorrect, I have no idea where this information is entered so that it can be corrected before we send the file. Does anyone know where this is located so that it can be changed? Thanks

This was very helpful, would have never found this on my own. Customer source and knowledgebase did not help.
Yes. When you go to print W2s, click on the hyperlink for the Address ID. This will open the Company Address Setup window. If you look to the right of the Address ID, you'll see a blue, italicized "i". Click on this "i" and the internet information window will open where you can add the email address.
