So i want to put some templates in, so we can use them and add them into our offers or just give information. I've made a word document that we want to use, but it can't be uploaded. It says:

The upload failed because the selected file does not match the template layout Retry after selecting a file with the template layout.

I have the same question (0)

I somehow made it work. But is there an action, so i can see the document under templates in all categories?

Hi Soren

Was the file Word, or Excel? And did you download the template first, before making changes, and then do the upload?
