Does anyone has/able to customize the PR report to include the line comment that entered?
We are very disappointed that the PR printout report is not open for partners to do customization.
Therefore, we highly appreciate for any sharing or idea that can help us on this.
We just need to get the report print with the line comment that entered in PR Line Item.

No but download, even in the all PR page , PR status do not show Item lines in a single PR, to know the status of each item line.
Are you talking about the report printed from Print button on Purchase Requisition window?
Hi, Greetings from KSA,
We are also facing the same , actually we need each item line status in download report but report shows only PR status in general not item line wise.
If someone have idea , please share how we can filter each line in a single PR to analyze the PR completion status ,for example how many lines are remaining and how much closed after PO generated in a hundred of PRs and thousands of item lines in a single day environment.

Unfortunately there is not an option for this.

I only need to add the comment in the existing printed-friendly report of PR. just add in underneath the quantity per each line item.
