This is a very interesting scenario. Can you elaborate on what you are trying to accomplish? With more info I can steer you in the right direction. That being said...
There are ways to do it by using functional location. You can have a work order for one service account but the work order incidents can be linked to different functional locations from different accounts and assets from different functional locations that are from accounts that are different than the work order service account.
