I have a scenario to create a work order which associated with multi customers. Does it possible?

Create a relationship on the work order table n to 1 to accounts and then add subgrid on work order form.

There are ways to do it by using functional location. You can have a work order for one service account but the work order incidents can be linked to different functional locations from different accounts and assets from different functional locations that are from accounts that are different than the work order service account.
