Hi All,

i had to redeploy production and UAT with new certificate as requested by the client, on UAT it worked, but on production am receiving the below errors which i have never faced before .

i imported the new certificate to all servers and added the local agent account to the certificate security

LoadAccount failed for account svc-localagent$ with error E_ACCESSDENIED.

First can you please refer step 9 in installation article to test VM?

    # If Remoting, execute

    # .\Test-D365FOConfiguration-AllVMs.ps1 -ConfigurationFilePath .\ConfigTemplate.xml

    .\Test-D365FOConfiguration.ps1

Second make sure account svc-localagent$ has permission to access new certificate

    Hi, Muhammad

What's exact issue? Failed to install local agent or service fabric show error after installation? Screen shot is helpful.

And you mentioned UAT works fine, but PROD is failed.  Do you use same local agent service account for both PROD and UAT? If so, please use below script in DC to check service account.

    Get-ADServiceAccount -Identity svc-localagent$ -Properties PrincipalsAllowedToRetrieveManagedPassword

make sure you see all the PROD and UAT ORCH servers in the result list, otherwise , use below script to correct it

    Set-ADServiceAccount -Identity svc-localagent$ -PrincipalsAllowedToRetrieveManagedPassword PRODORCH1$,PRODORCH2$,PRODORCH3$,UATORCH1$,UATORCH2$,UATORCH3$

Replace sever name with actual value!
