Hi all,
As soon as a customer journey is live, we're not able to add and/or delete emails, segments or schedulers. However, we use our customer journeys as nurture flows and therefore want to be able to add new blog posts, downloads, etc to our journeys. I have worked with Marketo before where this functionality was available out of the box.
Is there a workaround available within Dynamics 365 for Marketing to edit a live customer journey?
