Edit live customer journey

Hi all,

As soon as a customer journey is live, we're not able to add and/or delete emails, segments or schedulers. However, we use our customer journeys as nurture flows and therefore want to be able to add new blog posts, downloads, etc to our journeys. I have worked with Marketo before where this functionality was available out of the box.

Is there a workaround available within Dynamics 365 for Marketing to edit a live customer journey?

Morning @Daphne Tollenaar,

please see a summary of what fields are locked and what are not once the journey is live here

You won't be able to change the template or the layout of your journey once live.

What is the scenario that you are solving?

Thanks for your reply Dilyana! We want to edit the content and tile settings. For example, when an e-mail is no longer relevant or the interval needs to be adjusted. Do you know if this will be available in upcoming updates?
