Contacts Duplication error

Hello,

When ever creating a new contact on any customer/account, while saving getting error as "duplicate detected" and after this screen i click on OK button and it get saved. Contact is getting saving but why the error is poping up is not idea.

    Hi Rawish,

    Yes, there was rule created and now it is removed. Working fine now. Thanks for the help !

    Hi Syed,

    looks like you have duplicate detection rules created in your organization.

    Please check and disable/delete them if not required.
