Icon is not visible on the grid of a webpage in MSCRM Portal while the icon can be seen on the view in MSCRM Online

This is what I can see on the MSCRM Online.

As you can see in the pic the icon is visible in view on the MSCRM Online but it is not visible on the grid of the webpage in MSCRM portal.The data type used for the field is lookup. I have used the same view in the entity list.

Need an urgent solution, as this task is on high priority.
