Hi,

There're a few Depreciation field on Fixed Asset table.

1 What table are they saved in? seems not on Fixed Asset table.

2 Possible to assign them a default value, like End Depreciation Date = Now + 10 years?

    Hi

Look for FA Depreciation Book (5612) table

Also if you enter Start Date then enter number of years in No. of Depreciation Years system will calculate the End date.

Thank you for reply MahGah, is it possible that the Start Data and Year both have a default value, then user won't need manual input one by one?

    Hi Zhu,

I checked both document before post this thread, but cannot find anything related to setup a default start/end/year value.

    Hi

As far as I know that is not possible. I mean I can see why you need such a function but currently it is not possible. But you can submit the idea here experience.dynamics.com/.../
