    Hi Imanelam95,

    This form is completely blank.

Don't you have a license for AX?

Can you double check that you look into the correct system?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Seems that you don't have an AX license at all!

When was the system last working ok?

Do you know if some maintenance etc has been done in the system after that?

Anyway you should apply your company's AX license here, that should fix the situation.

So its the user session date.

Is this on a production system or an older test or vm system?

One cause is a user may have changed it docs.microsoft.com/.../change-the-date-for-a-client-session. It should only affect a specific client. The date then resets to the current date when a user closes the client session. That seems unlikely in your case.

You may have disconnected  or blocked sessions. Common with rdp especially when users don't log off properly. However, that seems a long time. Check in the  “SysClientSessions.” Table for session at status  0 (Inactive), or Status 2 (Ending Waiting for AOS), or 3 (Ending –Block) and clear out those.

    No Ludwig, it's not a demo, it's a real PROD .

I can't see nothing helpful in the licensing config.

RE: Changing the current date and time

Could you please check your AX license in System administration - Setup - Licensing - License information.

Like others already suggested, the symptoms that you describe make us think that your AX license is expired. If that's the case, you need to renew it, otherwise you can't use the system and you can't get the date fixed.

This is for all the legal entities in that server. We don't have users in different time zones.

The AX license linked to the machine that you have.

    I assume that's a demo/test machine, right?

When the license expires you can usually no longer record transactions in periods other than 2006 if I remember it correctly.

Can you check your license configuration and setup in the sys admin module?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

You need to give more information .e.g a screenshot.

Where are you seeing that date? server? a specific client? all clients?

    Has this only just occurred?

Do you have users in different time zones?

Maybe a user has changed the Ax setting?, ............maybe regional settings on the pc...…. ?
