Hi Sher Khan,
This is related to how your CRM tracks emails. CRMs default configuration is to use tracking tokens
You would need to change over to either "smart tracking" or folder level tracking which requires Server Side Sync.
All emails sent from CRM or tracked in outlook will have this tracking token associated whilst you have you have CRM setup to use tracking tokens.
This can be found in settings > Administration > System Settings > email
