Will you advice me what would be the Retail Server URL in Channel Profile.

My D365 Production URL is https://xx-prod.operations.dynamics.com/

Request to advice where to get

Or Can I put like this https://Mycompany.Retail.xx-prod.operations.dynamics.com/commerce

Go to the PROD environment in your LCS. Click Manage button next to Commerce

If the CSU is deployed, you will be able to see that here.

You can also find the URL in the channel profile screen within D365 Headquarters

In Channel Profile, There is a URL. but when I validate, it say not OK

Reason I am having doubt on the URL is that I am unable to get Products and customer master in MPOS. also Offline is not working. example error message

'you cant switch to offline mode either the offline components are not installed or login failed'

Most of the buttons gives 'Operation is not Supported'

It will successfully validate only if all the urls are there. I have seen your issue on the other thread you raised. Without seeing the environment for in detail, we can’t find what the issue is, as me and others has already suggested the basic checks. Please send me a PM, I can check if we can find something.

Hey Murthy, the retail server and cloud POS server are the 2 URL's that are given when you initialize your channel database. The validation, however, also (still) checks for a media server.

If you add a third URL and end it with /Media and select property key "Media base URL" you'll be able to get it to validate appropriately.

However, reading from the comments this is not truly the issue. You may want to try re-initializing your database in D365 and running a 9999 from the channel database group (full push, reset of delta values). if that doesn't work then you can go into LCS, go to your Commerce settings (as Shafeeque has mentioned) and updating it to the same version (you can press update > version number will have a parentheses next to it with "current version" or something along those lines).

This will reset everything. Then go back into D365, initialize the database from Commerce parameters, initialize the distribution scheduler, then push a full 9999 from the channel database group again.
