Hi,
I need to submit a support ticket to Microsoft for a client's instance of CRM 2016 but I'm unsure of how this is currently possible. If I submit the ticket through the Admin portal the support person who responds always says that they only support Dynamics Online. They referred me to this link here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-uk/assistedsupportproducts#gsproductselector
But if you to try to search for CRM you get the following error message:
And if you click the "Chat" button to the right it says that the account is no longer active.
How should the ticket be submitted?
