Hi Everyone,
we have a client that has recently moved from onsite exchange to exchange online using hybrid deployment. The problem we have is they are using CRM 2013 on premises and since the move they have had tracking issues, and email configuration issues in CRM. After doing a bit of reading on these forums it appears that CRM 2013 on prem with exchange online hybrid deployment is not supported.
We are now looking at upgrading the current version of CRM to 2016 my question is would this be compatible with exchange online hybrid deployment or would they need to go to CRM online for it to work correctly. Right now we need the email configuration in CRM to function correctly is there a work around that anyone knows of that could assist in a CRM 2013 / exchange online hybrid environment.
