CRM 2013/2015/2016 and TLS 1.0/1.1/1.2 compatibility

Hello all,

Which versions of CRM support which versions of TLS?

I have a customer w/ CRM 2015 7.0.1.129, TLS 1.0 disabled, TLS 1.1 enabled. Users can log in via IFD, however, CRM Deployment Manager the ADFS 2.0 management console and the Plugin Registration Tool cannot connect.

Does CRM 2015 Update 0.2 provide support for TLS 1.1?

Are you using latest Plugin Registration Tool? It can be downloaded from below link:

www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

Yes, thanks. I tried the Plugin Registration Tools from both the 2015 and 2016 SDKs.

Also... I should clarify... in my original post I said Deployment Manager could not connect.... I should have said the ADFS 2.0 management console could not connect to update the federation metadata.

Hello,

I am also facing the same issue. We had SSL earlier, and then it was replaced with TLS 1.2 and since then having issues connecting to the environment through plugin registration tool. We have Windows Server 2012 with CRM 2015.

If anyone has a resolution, please suggest.
