hi 

i need to add more than one item in purchase order put i face (Select query) then i can't select any items put i can select onle one having old purchase order 

so how can i get all items in that search

    Hi Mahmoud,

    If you turn off the option "Replace the criteria value on lookup" in bottom left of this screen. Then you can select by range of items in the "Criteria" field. Example:  "A0001, B0001..B0011".  All items that meet this condition will be appeared in the list except for items that do not have quantity available.

    In case, if it does not work you can double check the "Select query" and select the "Query used" in order to refresh your filter back to original.

    Please try this propose and let me know the further queries.

    Can you try to click the Reset menu as below to see it works or not?

    Have you seen all the items of the POs before this happen or not?
