Modifying SOP Document without affecting FILORD

Posted on by 2

Good day,

Is it possible to modify the SOP document type without the changes appearing on the FILORD document type?

We would like the currency id to print on the invoice, this was done but it is also printing on the FILORD document type, they do not want this, not sure how to separate the two.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Regards

Rosemary

    Hi,

You could use a conditional calculated field that would only print the information based on the document type you choose. Don't forget to use a calculated field to print the label as well. I have done things like this for many reports.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

    Thanks for your response.

Would it be possible to create  a FILORD and upon converting use the Word Template with the modification?

You could use Word Templates for this. Both the Fulfillment Order and Invoice use the same set of Report Writer reports, so changes made in any of these forms will affect both documents.
