Renaming of Named users in Dynamics 365 BC - On premise

Hi Forum,

Anyone who could tell me the following, in regards to Dynamics 365 BC - On premise - named users:

Is it possible, if a customer, for example terminates an employee - lets say Poul Monday and Tuesday hires a new one - Lets say Kurt, can you then immediately rename the named user license from Poul to Kurt ?

    You wouldn't rename it.  You would need to log onto the admin portal, remove the license from the terminated user and reassign it to the new user.  Then go into BC and "get users from O365".

    You need to remove the old user and re-add the new one (manually or via Powershell).
