System Setting "OK" button is not Responding. I'm trying to set serverside sync. When OK button is clicked noting happens.
Hi Kavita,It is very difficult to replicate.I tried in both Classic and Unified interface but it is working for me.can you please try the same in unified interface setting as shown below:

This issue is on Onpremise 9.0.x
This issue only appearing for Email Setting or for others?
If It is for Email then please check Encryption Key under Setting -> Data Management.

It is for all. And encryption key is set
I am not sure but can you please check by restarting IIS?
Also, restart the CRM services on onpremise server.

This was really weird. I deleted and re-imported CRM and it's working fine. Thanks for trying to help :)
