Hi,

I just setup an email for my work but i am facing a lot delay in receiving emails. Its really disturbing for me. My clients send my mails but I am not receiving them on time. Its really annoying.

Hi partner，

Delays in receiving emails are very common, could you tell me how long your emails will be delayed? I'm not quite sure what email you're referring to, regular mail or marketing email?

Could you also tell me about your usage scenario, are you experiencing latency in Outlook or in Dynamics 365?
