Display item with no data in Chart Dashboard

I want to display the item with no data (like Power BI) in my charts.

For example, I want this chart to show working dates (10/2/2020), eventhough there's no data created or modified on that day.
Is there any hack on this? Or do I have to tweak some XML codes. I've googled and they're all didn't work out.

For axis Y, I didn't have the Enabled variable so I added it. But still, nothing is changed.
