Active Directory In CRM 2013

Hi all,

      I want to add a field on Lead Form that will contain a dropdown list/Lookup of my account's Active directory .how can i do this?

    Actually, I m trying to fetch the active directory users into my CRM Account(On-premise). So, In order to accomplish this first i have to sync the active directory with my CRM Account.

           we are not able to sync the Active Directory to our CRM Account. can u please Help me out with this.
