Sales Hub access

Need help on proper security roles to access Sales Hub app.
 
When I use only the Salesperson (or add the Sales Enterprise app access) security role, this is only what I can see. System Administrator works okay. The app can't be seen on the Maker portal when Salesperson and/or Sales Enterprise app access is used. 
 
Appreciate your help on this! 
 
 
EDIT: To add, this is what I see on the App Access Checker when Sys Ad is removed. But when SysAd is enabled, it says it has a licence.

    Can you follow these steps please : 
     
    1. Navigate to the applications List 
     
    2. Select the three points in the Sales Hub application and click on Manage roles as shown in the figure below 
    3. Be sure that the salespearson security role is selected. 
    If this solution does not resolve problem, I think that it's a problem of licence missing. Be sure to assign the good licence to users who have the salespearson security roles.
