Unable to see Add to Queue Button on CSR manager role

Hi,

Unable to see Add to Queue button on CSR manager role.

Button is visible to Sys Admin role but, not for CSR manager. 

Any suggestions

    Hi partner,

    When we click on "Add to Queue" button, D365 will trigger a plug-in registered on "queueitem" entity, so you could find if there is some permissions about this entity or you could also try with sales or marketing manager role.
