we have send a request for quotation to 5 bidders to thier email addresses but one of them has come back and stating not recieved any email. Email appears to be correct. the status in the compass shows sent. any ideas what would have gone wrong. Can we now change the address and resend ?

SPAM Folder: Ask the bidder to check their spam or junk email folder. Sometimes, legitimate emails can end up there.

Email Service Issues: Occasionally, email service providers can have delays or issues that prevent emails from being delivered. If this is the case, you may need to wait and see if the email eventually gets through.

Resend the Email: If you've confirmed that the email address is correct and the email appears to have been sent, you can try resending the email. However, be cautious not to spam the recipient with multiple duplicate emails. It's a good practice to inform the recipient that you are resending the email.
