Inaccurate budget amounts

We imported a budget into GP (2015). The amounts for an account are 8,400.00 for June, July, and August. GP displays these budget figures as 7,678,400.00. This is causing Management Reporter to display the incorrect figures.

Since this issue is specific to GP, not the data mart. Would running a reconcile, correct the budget amounts?

Hello Chris.

There is not a reconcile that will fix this, I would guess the budgets either did not import correctly, or you had data in some of your accounts before you imported. Budgets are stored in the GL00201. I would look, maybe by BUDGETID and see where the issue is.

Sounds like the budget import may have been looking at a wrong column. Did you use the Excel wizard for budget import? And did you use the template and not move any columns or rows? I believe the reconcile will only look at GL summaries and not the budgets.
