Hi guy,
We setup to receive email from Alert and Workflow Notification. I found that Sender name is incorrect with our situation and I want to change System Sender name from "AX implementation team" to our own name.

You need to define an email template.
Please go to Organization Administration/Setup/Email templates, and create a new email template, then you could fill fields like Sender email, Sender name.

I even changed sender name is different, but I still recevive email with sender name is "AX implementation team".
Do you need change something from Batch job email?

You need to change this from your Email Provider, there is a name apart from the mail address, contact your System Administrator and ask them to change the name in the email account which you are using for sending out notifications.
