I am no longer able to use the Find function to look in All models function in visual studio. I can still search in an "All models in Solution" but when I attempt to look in "All models", Find Results displays "No files were found to look in".

Thanks for sharing. I'm not familiar with this utility. Where exactly did you open this utility? Are you using Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations?
I'm developing for d365 F&O in Visual Studio 2015 on a development VM provided by microsoft. The utility can launched from Edit -> Find and Replace -> Find in Files.
do you need to open a solution and project first and then try searching?
