Visa Card number cannot be captured

Hi all,

We are using Dynamics AX 2012 R3 with both POS and MPOS, for some reason only Visa type card we cannot capture the card number. Usually for the transactions we see *********7690 (something like this) as the card number in the RetailTransactionPaymentTrans table. But for the Visa type we cannot see the card number - remaining for Master card, Debit everything is working perfect.

Can someone please confirm what I may be missing?

- I have setup the payment for the store we are testing on and the Payment method, card type information is setup.

It will show cardtype as VISA but not the card number, can someone please provide feedback what we maybe missing please?
