I am attempting to have information that was previously entered into a record in dynamics automatically transfer to the DocuSign template for customers. I have found a video over merge fields. I entered the data label on the DocuSign template (which I titled as the field from dynamics). I created a process in dynamics and the required merge fields. I feel like maybe I'm testing this wrong or maybe there is more that I need to do on the DocuSign side of this. If anyone has any knowledge on DocuSign or merge fields please share.
