CRM 2015 Lead Qualify ribbon not working after upgrade from 2011 to 2015

After up grading our CRM environment from 2011 to 2015 lead's Qualify ribbon is not working. It is throwing error as follows
Unable to get property 'getUserPrivilege' of undefined or null reference
Could any one help me what could be the reason for this issue. The error is coming on system library we didn't modified any thing in that

Hi Nithya,
I already verified the above link you provided. I added Company Name filed in the form other two fields are not exists on lead entity. My issue still remains after adding company name field on the form. Help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Satish Kumar,

The error is associated with the Lead_main_system_library.js script.
