Route Queued Item Dialog - User/Team Lookup - Error Loading Control - On UCI

Hi Guys,

I have the following issue on Dynamics 365 V9 online UCI (Server version: 9.1.0000.4623, Client version: 1.3.1714-190430-204026). The same functionality works fine on classic web client.

From a queue, I wanted to route the case to a user or team. But the User / Team lookup fails to populate with data and it just displays the message : Error Loading Control.

The dev tool console does not have any particular error message logged except for the usual "Refused to get unsafe header "REQ_ID" error.

I think I am gonna have to raise a ticket with Microsoft, but just wanted to see of anyone else had the same issue or came across.

I have also tried the same on a trial instance and getting the same error.

    I have not raised this yet with MS as this happens on one of our customer's CRM instance and it will have to be raised by them but this has already been raised with MS and a fix will be rolled out in June.

    I am facing same issue on Customer Lookup ( Account, Contact) on case entity.

    Kokulan  Hi, did you raise a case for this and any solution/ workaround yet?  Many thanks!
    (I am getting same issue on multiple instances using 'Route' button within UCI queues (both queue item view and as a list on dashboard) - Server version: 9.1.0000.4824)

    Hi,

    If it is happening on a new trail without any customization then it could be a bug,. You best option is to contact MS Support.

    Please enable CRM tracing to find out the error message. It looks you have a disabled user which is troubling.
