Issue with connect sales order created through shopify to link with serial No

Hi, community,
 
I have an issue when I try to connect a sales order created with Shopify with an item with serial no.
 
I cannot assign it when I want to link with a serial no.
 
I have available 10 items with serial no.
when i post is show this error
 
This is happening only with Shopify sales orders with BC sales orders I can assign.
 
If you know how to fix it, I would appreciate it.
