Scribe online setup for dynamics 365

Hi guys,

I am trying to setup the scribe online connector for dynamics 365, but i face one error can anyone help me out in this.

Actually i am using scribe to access my local db data from dynamics 365 crm online.

when i was setting up the scribe i face below error, even if i select cloud-based agent i get this following error.

Can anyone help me out in this?
