Debugger page is not getting open, whenever i click on debug action button, the color of button gets change and then nothing gets process ahead.
Anyone could help on this.
For your information we haven't change any in installation as well as permissions.

I am having issue as below screenshot, Whenever i click on debug action this is what happened as below.
Either your machine might have installed multiple NAV versions. In that case you should try to execute the debugger from NAV IDE.
Or post some screenshot, that would be better to understand this issue...!
Check the License, try restating the Service Tier!!

Can you start powershell with admin permissions and run the following command:
GCI -path 'c:\program files (x86)\microsoft dynamics nav\90\' -Recurse | Unblock-File
GCI -path 'c:\program files\microsoft dynamics nav\90\' -Recurse | Unblock-File
None of user use debugger except me. I have tried to do the same after restarting service and compiling all the objects.

Application doesn't shows any event log about this. And its happening in all the machines and in every user.

Because someone has already occupied the debugger with the same NAS instance. So either you should login NAV client with separate NAS instance or have to wait to get it released by other developer.
