Trying to find a good solution for the fringe benefits that must be paid to an employee working on a Davis Bacon job. These fringe benefits have a pay rate attached in addition to the hourly pay rate. We created a pay code that seem to work but the problem is that the total number of hours worked on their timesheet comes out doubled. For every 1 hour actually worked there needs to be an entry for the 1 hour worked and a separate entry for 1 hour of fringe benefit pay. The employee’s pay stub will show a quantity of 2 total hours. Has anyone found a way around this?
